Among the flagships still, to come this 2017 are the Google phones. The Google Pixel 2 is one of the most anticipated mobiles of the year and has not yet been introduced. These are some of the characteristics that we already know thanks to rumors and leaks and today we know more details of the design of the Google Pixel 2 thanks to some filtered commercial rendering.
A leak published today in Phone Arena shows some render of the phone in which you can see the design of the Google Pixel 2 (both its back and front) and the color palette in which it would arrive. Also, thanks to the design, we also know some features of Google’s new mobile.
Such are the colors and design of the Google Pixel 2
The design of the Google Pixel 2 is quite similar to the phone presented last year. The front of the phone has practically nonexistent side edges, very thin. Not so much on the upper and lower edge, quite wider than other competing phones presented this year and moving away from the current trend.
Google would not go up to the dual-camera car and bet on a single sensor on the back, unlike most high-end phones introduced this year. The Google Pixel 2, according to the images, would also dispense with the 3.5mm headphone jack and bet on a double front speaker. In the images, you can also see that the fingerprint reader would go to the back of the phone.
In the images published today by the aforementioned medium, you can see what would supposedly be the palette of colors of Google Pixel 2 and his older brother, although at the moment there is nothing confirmed and are not real images of the phone. In the color palette, we can see the white, black and blue that we already saw in 2016 and that were quite successful but also a new color would arrive. A Google Pixel 2 red with white or black front, according to tastes.
At the moment are just rumors and leaks and we do not know officially what the plans will be Google and how will be your best to deal with phones of the size of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 or iPhone 8, which will also arrive in the coming months.
Google seems to be moving away from current trends and will not bet either dual camera, like most, or a huge screen without bevels in the Google Pixel 2, as we can see in the renders published so far. We will have to wait to see what its strategy is for this 2017 and what are its main weapons.
